Sunday Breakfast

"Got cakes on the griddle ..."

Sunday, we had a delicious breakfast of fresh orange juice, bacon, and pancakes. The pancake recipe is available at http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/simply-perfect-pancakes-recipe. I've listed the ingredients below, and they're so much better than the store–bought mixes. (That's not my opinion, that's Lori and Court's!)

• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 3 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar OR 1/4 cup malted milk powder
