Come on Kohl's, you can keep your 30% off sticker

Bad customer service never improves. It just creates worse customer service. "You get what you pay for." 

I've bashed Kohl's here before, so I'll try to be nice this time.

We stopped in today because we changed our address in July when we moved up north.

We haven't received any mailers from Kohl's, which in itself is ironic: we hated all the mail they sent us, but we liked the savings (spendings!) we could get with the coupons.

So, we went in to the Traverse City Kohl's today and told the customer service woman this information.

Her reply: "There is actually nothing I can do. You have to call the number on the back of the card."

You have to be kidding me.
