BC Pizza, the original Boyne City Pizza
The original BC Pizza is in Boyne City, Mich. It originally was called BC Pizza for "Boyne City Pizza," but once the company expanded to nearby communities like Elk Rapids, it suddenly stood for Best Choice Pizza. Or maybe it just eventually morphed into "Best Choice."
I remember several years ago, when Elk Rapids added its fourth or fifth pizza joint, BC Pizza, and it started to take a large piece of the local pizza pie. BC Pizza prepares some excellent pizza — especially their pineapple and ham (Hawiian Pizza).
I guess I didn't eat enough for dinner ...
