Coaches Wearing Helmets

I think helmets with no ear flaps are cool; though perhaps unsafe!

I think base coaches wearing helmets to protect themselves is ridiculous. They look goofy and provide little, if any, protection.

That's my two cents.

That and the Detroit Nine didn't have so much luck tonight ...

If Verlander continues to have 125 pitches by the fifth inning, maybe he's better suited to replace Todd Jones than Zumaya ...

Who was the last Tiger you remember who wore a no ear flap helmet? Come on, post it here. Who was the last major leaguer? Anyone remember?

Who hit Ron Cey with a pitch in the World Series back in '81? It was a serious beaning!
