People

"I learned a lot about working with people from your grandpa."

I've been thinking a great deal about working with people lately. Making connections and working with people is the key to success for everyone. Grandpa Morgan opened Morgan's Service in 1932 at the age of 16. He worked at the service station until into his 90th year in 2005.

As I've considered the importance of connection, I remember when Scott McIntyre, who purchased Morgan's Service in Clarkston, Mich., from my Uncle John Morgan a couple of years ago:

"I learned how to run a business from your uncle. But I learned a lot about working with people from your grandpa."
It's all about people.
