How do you get … there … from here? 

It's an age–old pursuit

So many books help to motivate leaders to create culture, a great environment, etc. Good to Great is one of the best: it motivates, it guides. Also, Building Engaged Schools focuses on education and is a great guide with positive advice. 

I enjoy reading, but don't find enough time to read everything I want to read. So, one of my summer goals is to find (create) more time to read the great books that are out there.
