The Original "Internet"
Back 25 or so years, reference books were my "internet." I have always been curious about trivia and history. I had several music books, television books, and an unbelievable amount of baseball books and magazines. I read The Sporting News from cover to cover from 1983 until 2007.
When I would visit Grandma and Grandpa Morgans in Clarkston, I would read their Worldbook Encyclopedia Yearbooks fanatically. I found sports statistics and standings for many years. I traced the origins of franchises and discovered which team had formerly been another team.
I still ready A LOT. I love to read. And it's okay to read on the Internet — we have tons of information available to us. Truly, this is the Age of Information ...
