We spent the last three days prepping, priming, and painting Courtney's room. Tomorrow, we will put it all back together.

While it is tiring work, painting gives a sense of accomplishment. You can quickly see the change a new coat of paint makes.

One of my favorite leaders is Wendy's founder Dave Thomas. He used to believe that a fresh coat of paint could make a huge difference. I agree.

Painting is not "hard" work, it just takes patience and practice.
