From Worst to First

The Rays are going to the World Series!!!

They beat the Red Sox 3–1 tonight. They beat them by two games in the regular season and by two runs to win the American League. In ten previous seasons, the Rays were called the Devil Rays and they lost at least 90 games EVERY single season. The won 70 games in 2004 ... that was the team's previous best season. They've been drafting well and bringing guys along as they've been ready. The Tampa Bay Rays have won the American League and they won the game in their own park, the Florida Suncoast Dome, er The Thunderdome, ah I mean Tropicana Field.
