1° (and that doesn't include wind chill factors)

Yesterday I ventured out for my daily walk. It seemed colder than usual and my four sweatshirts and winter coat protected me from the elements. The weather forecasters promised a cold week–end — and this time, they were right. It's COLD outside. It was about 4° or so yesterday.

Today, the suggestion is that it's about 1° outside with a –13° wind chill. Yikes. I still haven't ventured out yet, but I'm planning to. I think!

I was talking recently to another "new walker" and he said he believes in "No excuse walking." Which means, essentially, you cannot make excuses because of the weather, because of being tired, or FOR ANY REASON AT ALL.

So, I'll finish this post and head outside.
