The adventure of the ramekin ...

Since 1826, Apilco porcelain has been used for cooking and serving in fine restaurants and homes throughout the world. This non-porous, oven proof porcelain is both elegant and durable. It greatly improves the quality and presentation of foods by allowing them to be cooked and served in the same dish. Apilco porcelain can be used in both conventional and microwave ovens.

Do you care? Probably not, but the items that Ruby Tuesday serves their ketchup, steak sauce, pickles, and everything else in are called ramekins.
