My friends often hear me say that there is no such thing as a sale because what you do at a sale is spend, so a sale should be called a SPEND! Places like Kohl's, JCPenney, and Art Van have a different SPEND every single week-end. It makes buying at any of those places tough because you don't know if the item you're buying will be cheaper next week. And returning items just to SAVE a few bucks is a PAIN. Right?
