Ever Felt Blurry?

Wow! It's been a busy week when you suddenly realize that it's Thursday night and you haven't even looked at your own blog since Sunday. You think to yourself that it's good that you posted so much over the week-end because you're letting your readers down this week. By no means am I complaining, but this is what the week has been like: Monday - go to Lakeview for a middle school basketball game, grab McDonald's for dinner, head home, and fall asleep by 9:30. Tuesday - conferences after school from 4:15-7:15. End up staying at school until closer to 8:00 and then heading home. Wednesday, get to the middle school at Central Montcalm for a middle school basketball game. Lock your keys in your truck (of course it was on accident ... hello?) and try to decide what to do about that. Get home, call a friend (Steve L-O-T-T) to see if he'll run back to Stanton with you, get your truck, head back home. Hang out and talk about the World Series, football, and all the other stuff you haven't had time to talk about. Thursday, well, that's today. Individualized educational plan meeting first thing in the morning, mathematics county curriculum team from 9-12 (left early because ...), Character Counts! Assembly at 2 p.m. Conferences, 4:15-7:15 (leave closer to 8:00, again). During all this time, I've also been able to work on The Central Issue, which will arrive online tomorrow or Monday.

It's been one of those BLUR weeks ... Then there's tomorrow. Half-day for teachers (conferences in the morning) ... Saturday, MHSAA training at Central Montcalm. Yeah! Again, I'm not complaining, just reporting. I know some of you have been wondering WHERE IN THE WORLD RICKROCK IS! I will try not to get too far behind anymore! I promise.
