Tigers call up Andrew Miller
The Tigers sent Colby Lewis and Brent Clevlen to the minor leagues on Sunday evening. Lewis to AAA Toledo and Clevlen to AA Erie. They brought up number one draft pick Andrew Miller and left-handed hitting outfielder Alexis Gomez.

Joe Torre here, Just checking in on the ole Tiger Fans. I was a little disappointed when I checked on here and did not see ANY props to my boys' five game sweep of the Red Sox. That was a big eye opener for the entire league, i thought for certain that the Rickster would have written about that. But oh well. i worry about you Tiger Fans. The Tigers have had such a good season, and I would just hate to see the swan dive here at the end of the year. I hope they can hang on, and I look forward to the upcoming series. Keep up the good work.
