I stand corrected ...

Wow! The Twins are now in second place as they knocked off the Sox last night. They were able to beat Mike MacDougal, who has had the Tigers number since the Sox acquired him. Now, the Tigers are 5 up on Minnesota and 5-1/2 on the Sox.

Everybody is ripping the acquisition of Neifi Perez. He is getting grilled in Tigers blogs and the media. Perhaps he was picked up to "motivate" Omar Infante? Omar has been hitting and fielding well since the trade. Would Dave Dombrowski make a move with motivation in the mind?

Notice how the team is out of sync without Placido Polanco?
