The Bucs Pillage the Tigers

Last night's game was a reminder of how far the Tigers have come in 2006. Murphy would have been satisfied because if it could go wrong last night, it did! The game, number 81, is exactly half-way through the season. UGLY!

The Tigers committed five errors and just played a pretty terrible game -- after the sixth inning!

You know the old theory, though, get all the (bad stuff) out of the way in one sitting and get back out there tomorrow. I would expect that today the Tigers will unload on the Pirates. I'm sure General Leyland was not happy after the game. I couldn't hear his comments, but I watched his postgame discussion and he didn't appear "happy." Naturally.
