Happy Mother's Day

To all the mothers out there, have a wonderful Mother's Day!

I drove by a local business in Mt. Pleasant today and the sign out front offered:

"Mothers Day Special. Buy three breakfasts and mom gets straw waffel."

I'm not sure what a straw waffel is. Maybe it's one of those pasta straws that some Italian restaurants use. Or maybe it really refers to a "strawberry waffle."
