Wow! We can finally release the information ...

The Tigers have acquired Miguel Cabrera and left-hander Dontrelle Willis from the Florida Marlins in exchange for Andrew Miller, Cameron Maybin, four prospects, free limousine rides in any of Bobby Higginson's cars, four urinal troughs from Tiger Stadium, plus 11 bleacher seats in Detroit. Apparently, Kwame Kilpatrick blocked the deal for a while because "The Tigers do not own the Stadium."

No one knows who the other four prospects are but you can bet Brandon Inge will probably be gone because he will not accept being a reserve.

More to come ...

I was going to call you at 6:25 when I first found out but I am sure you knew all day long about the possible trade. You haven't stated if you like the trade or not. I know that you were a huge Maybin fan but come on they got Cabrera and Willis. Both of those guys are younger than me and have already won one championship. What about Inge as the utility infielder, playing 7 out of 10 games at three or four different positions? Is it April yet?!!!!!!!
