Inside Power

I read Gary Sheffield's book Inside Power today. I bought it Friday after searching all over Mt. Pleasant for it Thursday night. I ended up finding it at Barnes & Noble in Grandville. It's a good read, quick. I think any baseball fan would enjoy it. Sheffield has several ideas, the highlight is "inside power" -- which came from his grandpa (Dwight Gooden's father).

You can get it from Barnes & Noble or Amazon (among others, I'm sure).



Consider picking up a copy. I'm sure they'll be more available. The book arrived in stores last Tuesday.
