Ticket Refund Policy

Yeah, yeah, I know, I bought 'em, too. Several tickets to the games in Detroit. Some seats good ... some seats okay ... Now, I have them for "Game Three" and they're not good now!

And you're wondering about the refund policy:

Postseason Ticket Refund Policy

In the event the game indicated on the face hereof is not played, the price of this ticket will be either credited to the account holder of record or refunded to the ticket holder as follows:

  1. Season Tickets - marked "SEASON " on the front of the ticket will be automatically credited to the season account holder of record if you have elected the "Unplayed Credit Box" located on the front of your post-season invoice. You will receive a refund only if you elect the Refund Option on the front of our post-season invoice. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY TO THE TICKET ACCOUNT HOLDER OF RECORD. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. Per order Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Season tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

  2. Tickets issued through Major League Baseball's Office and through their Broadcast Partner's Offices - marked "MLB " on the front of the ticket will receive an automatic credit for any unplayed post-season games. MLB/Broadcast Partner's tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

  3. Tickets issued through any of the Participating or Non-Participating Major League Clubs marked "CLUBS" on the front of the ticket will receive an automatic refund from the Club that issued the tickets. Club tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

    • Tigers.com/Ticketmaster Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster via the Internet will receive an automatic refund through a credit issued to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase. The actual ticket will have no cash value AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. The ticket holder will also receive a refund of the per ticket convenience fee. Per order Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

    • THE DETROIT TIGERS WILL NOT REFUND ANY TICKETS OBTAINED FROM A SECONDARY SALE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASED TICKET.
WARNING:
Tickets for the 2006 Division Series, League Championship Series and World Series tickets are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale on game premises will be removed from the premises and prosecuted and could lose future rights to purchase tickets from this organization.
