Let's get this straight ... every eleven seconds someone returns to AT&T after trying someplace else. Well, if you have that many people returning ... WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING to alienate them in the first place. No place should have people returning EVERY ELEVEN SECONDS.

I would like to see the math completed on this to see how many people return every day/week/month ... Are people leaving every five seconds or something ... Actually, I'm sick of the commercial but it at least it makes the viewer/listener pay attention.
