Couldn't Get My Game On

Due to unforeseen conflicts and a strange twist, the people who were going to go to Detroit and watch the Tigers and Royals last night had to back out. It turns out it would have been a great game ... Following a script, the Tigers allowed the Royals to get a lead, then encouraged the Royals to make a couple of mistakes, which the Tigers then capitalized on ... yadda, yadda, yadda. Jonesy closed it out in the ninth and ... the Tigers won!

Tonight, the Royals battle against the Tigers once again.

Kudos to Jeremy Bonderman, AKA "Bondo," for winning despite having a slider that didn't slide.

It's a simple game, really: pitch the ball, hit the ball, field the ball. Took 'em twelve LONG seasons to figure that out again!!!
