An online note to a "place"

Being rude to your customers is no way to create loyalty. Once when I was in "here," an employee vented about the manager. I thought it was unprofessional until the manager actually waited on me. He seems to hate his job. Maybe he should find another job because he doesn't serve the customer. I won't name the "place," but if you would like to comment, I'm listening!
