Sweeping in Seattle

What a great week-end in Seattle for the Tigers! Todd Jones was great as the closer yesterday, even after Joel Zumaya struggled. F-Rod (Fernando Rodney) bailed J.Z. out of an eighth inning jam. It looks like the Tigers are going to be able to get six out of the starters and then shut down teams with the bulldog bullpen.

Tonight, the Tigers play the California, er, the Anaheim, ummm, the Tigers will be playing the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim ... Hey, I still think of them as the California Angels. Looking at the standings, it's still strange to see LAA in the American League West Division. I guess I'll get used to it!
