Tim Hortons at Meijer

What's  your favorite coffee in the morning? 

I wasn't a coffee drinker until I was working on my Masters Degree in the mid–90s. That's when I first took up drinking coffee. At the time I was living in Mt. Pleasant, so Central Michigan University was in my back yard. However, I enjoyed the classes and wanted to finish the degree, so I took a few classes at the off site location in Troy, Michigan.

Troy is near Clarkston, so I would stop and see my Grandpa and Uncle John at Morgan's Service — and just a few miles away in Waterford I found a Tim Hortons. That's where I discovered what would become my favorite coffee.

Then, a few years ago, a Tim Hortons arrived in Mt. Pleasant. And that's where Lori and I have bought most of our cans of coffee since then. You know, that's the only place to get it — right? Well, last night at the Traverse City Meijer it happened … on the shelf, available in stores … Tim Hortons.

I don't know if I think it's great … or ridiculous!
