That's more like it ...
They never say, "You spent X amount today," they always say, "You saved X amount ..."
I've railed against the terrible customer service at Kohl's several times. Last night, after stops at Sam's Club and Walmart, we stopped at Kohl's to pick up a couple of things. We were greeted when we walked in by an employee saying, "Hi. Welcome to Kohl's." Never had that happen before at Kohl's .
I commented, "Wow, that's a new approach." Not to the employee, but to Lori.
We picked up a couple things and checked out.
The same employee said, "Do you get the email coupons?"
Lori said, "Yes, but I haven't checked email in a few days."
"Well, there's a 15% coupon out right now, so I'm going to give that to you."
Now, that's more like it.
First experience at Qdoba a few years back wasn't the best. We took our softball team to the Qdoba in Big Rapids. The food was dry, the service lousy, and the experience just plain bad. I may have eaten at the Mt. Pleasant store once, but it wasn't a memorable experience, I guess.
Last night, we went to the Traverse City store and the service was top notch, the food good, and the experience overall was solid.
Great job, Qdoba.
