Parking??? Anyone???

Sometimes some things just don't make some sense!

I got a kick out of this sign located on the campus of Georgetown Preparatory School in Rockville, Maryland.

Can you explain it to me?

    Sure, it's missing the flap that covers the top or the bottom. You can see where it was supposed to be attached in the middle.
