Ridiculous!

This is just totally crazy. I don't even know why I'm posting about it, but it caught me as "a washed up, never–been band sees a chance to make some quick money and maybe sell an album or two ..."

Anyway, the Rubinoos are suing Avril Lavigne, claiming her song "Girlfriend" rips off their song "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend." So, on their Web site, they have linked to the different songs to prove their point.

Petty. Stupid. They'll make millions.
